One Play, Three Princess Grace Awards winners!

The Obie-winning An Octoroon by Awards winner Branden Jacobs-Jenkins is currently on stage at Theater for a New Audience in Brooklyn. This thought-provoking and irreverent adaptation of the 1859 Dion Boucicault’s melodrama centers on the tragic love affair between a Louisiana plantation heir and a woman who is one-eighth black (an octoroon). Fellow Awards winners Maechi Aharanwa and David Neumann star in and choreograph the production. Make sure to see this trio in action before it ends on March 8! Get tickets.
